The Governor of Western Bahr El Ghazal State has issued a gubernatorial decree appointing Elia Kamilio Dimo as the new Commissioner for Wau County.
The appointment came to force with effect from November 5, Voice of Hope Radio reported.The decree of appointment comes when the community still rejects the proposal of transferring Wau County headquarters to Bagari Payam.
The former Commissioner, John Peter Miskin on October 19 resigned on the ground of Wau County community rejection to the transfer of the County headquarters.
