An eye cataract operations camp kicked off in Tonj Civil Hospital, Warrap State, on Friday.
Medical doctor Mathiang Angany told Don Bosco FM that the operating team was assembled with specialists from Kenya, Unite States of America and Great Britain.He said 150 people registered for the operation but expected many more to come.
Mr Angany added that the eye cataract camp takes only seven days.
He said the team works from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Mr Angany urged people suffering from cataracts in Greater Tonj not to miss their chance to recover full vision.
