The Workers National Trade Union chairperson is in Torit, Eastern Equatoria, for a two-day visit.
Simon Deng Bol arrived in Torit on Thursday afternoon and toured the National Health Insurance building, Radio Emmanuel reported.He also had closed door discussions with the Union Executive in Torit.
Mr Deng also toured historical sites in Torit where the struggle for South Sudan’s independence started 57 over years ago.
He paid courtesy calls to Governor Louis Lobong Lojore and to the state Ministry of Public Service and Human Resource Development.
