More than 70 health workers in Western Bahr El-Ghazal State have completed three-day training on Health Management Information System.
Health Net Advisor for Health Management Information System in Wau,. Oren Jalon, said the training aimed at equipping health workers to enter correct data on the register book for efficient monthly reports, Voice of Hope Radio reported.Mr. Jalon stated that most of the health workers did not have enough knowledge on the register data entry.
He added that many errors have also been observed while compiling .monthly reports.
Mr. Jalon reported that one of the main challenges is getting information in time due to the poor transportation system, especially from remote areas of Raja.
The training that was organized by Health NetÊ organization in collaboration with the state ministry of Health drew participants from three Counties of Western Bahr El-Ghazal State.
