Youth in Juba are voicing high frustrations over increasing lack of employment and opportunities to nationals.

Bakhita Radio talked to some of the youth in Juba.

Galdo Okwahimoi said youth in South Sudan are looking for jobs all over but without getting any.

He said the Government should stop prioritizing foreigners at the expense of locals for jobs in South Sudan.

Mr Okwahimoi blamed South Sudanese for only focusing on white colour jobs to earn a living.

A lady who did not want to be named said citizens in South Sudan are suffering the consequences of government actions because officials even employ foreigners in their houses.

She added that poor policies to regulate employment within local and international NGOs also increase youth unemployment in South Sudan.

The source revealed that laws should be put in place to regulate foreign expatriates to operate as whole sellers and leave re-tailing to locals.
