Heiban County Commissioner said the President of Sudan is mad and uses childish, abusive and harsh words in his speeches to address issues concerning South Kordofan, Blue Nile, Darfur and South Sudan.
Kamal Anur said psychologists should examine Omar Al Bashir because he is not normal: he is a mad president.He said Al Bashir is involved in arbitrary killings and committing many crimes against humanity including genocide.
Mr Anur called on the international community to intervene and rescue the people of Nuba Mountains, Blue Nile and Darfur from starvation.
The commissioner urged the international community to stop Khartoum government doing ethnic cleansing and killing innocent civilians.
Mr Anur said the international community should not be cheated by the Khartoum media reporting that the situation in the liberated areas is fine.
