A Warrap State Special Court is in Tonj South in a mission to make peace and reconciliation between the counties of Greater Tonj.
Tonj South County Commissioner Akec Tong Aleu told Don Bosco Fm that the court came to solve some murder cases that happened long time ago and other recent cases of Diang in Tonj South, Pagol in Tonj North and Akok in Tonj East.He said that the cattle raiders killed one person wounded another in the border between Tonj South and Tonj East last month.
Mr Tong added that there are three cases on line to be settled by the Special Court of Warrap State.
He urged the communities of Greater Tonj to settle down, and calmly wait for the Special Court to act adding that the communities should unite to develop the counties.
Mr Tong asked the Special Court to settle and be fair in all the cases between the counties of Greater Tonj to avoid further killings, raids and hatred.
The Special Court is to start its investigations next week and make total reconciliation among the two ethnic groups.
