The catholic Bishop of Yei announced yesterday to the Catholic community that the Church is celebrating a Year of Faith starting in October.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe told the congregation at Christ the King cathedral in Yei that Pope Benedict proclaimed a Year of Faith in 2012, Radio Easter reported.The Bishop added that the Year of Faith starts on October 11 and concludes with the feast of Christ the King in 2013.
Bishop Lodu said the Pope is calling on all Christians to renew their faith while celebrating the Year of Faith.
