Twenty senior women from the government and states of southern Sudan are undergoing a five-days training on leadership management.

Acting Directress of Southern Sudan Statistics Body, Labanya Margaret Mathia, told SCR News that the training aims at enabling women director-generals, directors and deputy-directors to become agents of change in the organisms they work for.
Mrs. Labanya added that the training will help the participants to understand how government policies are formulated, principles enacted and how to report to the hierarchy.
Mrs. Labanya said the training will also increase women’s management knowledge and skill.
The five-day workshop started Monday in a hotel in Juba and ends on Friday.
