Sudan’s air force planes keep on targeting and injuring civilians in Nuba Mountains, South Kordofan State.

Planes bombed Kauda yesterday, injuring two women.

A farm was also destroyed by the bombs.

Local reports indicate that the Sudanese army is using chemical bombs as some animals died after they drank water from the craters opened on the ground by the explosions.

UN staff in Kauda voiced concern that the bombs were targeting a UN helicopter parked in the local airstrip due to mechanical problems.

In another incident, two people were injured and one bull killed when an Antonov dropped six bombs in Omm-Durain County.

A local source said the aircraft attacked Tombure last Tuesday by midday.

It dropped four bombs near St. Charles Catholic primary school in Tombure, injuring a child and an old man.

The plane dropped another two bombs near Arabout market.

The causalities were rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
