Members of the development management team for the Catholic Diocese of Torit have met to review the progress of their projects.
Program Manager Fr. Martin Vuni explained to Emmanuel Radio the objectives of the meeting.He said the meeting follows the recommendations from the strategic plan workshop to enable members to identify projects that are being implemented in the diocese.
Fr. Vuni added that the meeting offers the member the opportunity to improve their work as they learn and share how to handle challenges.
He said the work includes the plan for a retreat to enable members to work on annual report and to develop annual a plan for 2012.
Fr. Vuni cited logistics, weather changes and emergencies as the main factors that the meeting normally faces.
