Children from Kadugli that were displaced to Nuba Mountains by the war in South Kordofan say they do not have enough food and locals are not being nice to them.

Maisem said the displaced people lack clothes and the food is bad.

Yagin Sabir added that they have been sleeping on the floor for four months.

She complained that the people from Kauda are mistreating them when the children go to collect water or firewood.

She added she would not have done the same if Kauda people were displaced to Kadugli.

Jogot Issac said he came from Korongo to Kauda day and night on foot until his legs were paining and his feet full of blisters.

He added that IDPs do not have soap to wash hes.

The children urged President Omar Hassan Al-Bashir of South Sudan to stop fighting in South Kordofan so that they can go back to their places.
