Over 10,000 people from Nuba Mountains are expected to take refuge in Unity State from the war in South Kordofan.
The UN says in a report released today that about 100 people come every day from Nuba Mountains to Unity State and by the middle of September they would pass the 10,000.Recent arrivals included more people with special needs and with war injuries.
The refugees received food aid through airdrops and by land.
The UN says camps are too close to the border and the refugees were asked to move to a site in Nyeel, which is located at a safe distance from the conflict.
