GoSS Education Minister Michael Milly Hussen told journalists today in Juba that the number of students who are going to sit for the exams next week has increased by at least one thousand.
Dr. Milly added that the education authorities completed the distribution of examinations papers to all the 96 centers in the ten states yesterday.
The minister urged the state authorities to guarantee the necessary security during the exams period.
The Catholic Radio Network (CRN) is a media project constituted by community-based radio stations broadcasting in Frequency Modulation from Juba, Yei, Torit, Yambio, Rumbek, Tonj, Wau, and Malakal. For its outreach, CRN has a potential audience of about seven million people, considering the influx of returnees to South Sudan after the Sudan Population Census 2008.
