GoSS president has called upon the people of South Sudan to work towards self reliance instead of depending on external aid.
Mr. Kiir said the country has great potential for agriculture.He urged people to get the right tools to work hard in order to feed themselves and sell the surplus.
Mr. Kiir condemned laziness and idleness and assured that his government is going to persecute people who refuse to work.
The president made these statements on Thursday during the official launch of Juba-Nimule road asphalting.
