The Malawian president and African Union chief came to Juba today to discuss the just-concluded referendum with his counterpart Salva Kiir Mayardit.
Bingu wa Mutharika talks will centre on developments in south Sudan, particularly following the completion of the referendum procedures.He also will discuss preparations for the AU forthcoming summit to be held in Addis Ababa and the topics for the African summit in addition to issues of mutual interest.
President Bingu met with president Omar al Bashir yesterday in Khartoum.
