SEPARATION SCORES HUGE LANDSLIDE WITH TWO THIRDS OF VOTES COUNTED

Southern Sudanese voted massively for separation during the referendum on self-determination.

With 61.4 percent of votes counted in South Sudan, separation scores an impressive 98.1 percent of the valid ballots cast.

Separation got the highest score in Warrap state – 99.6 percent √ɬê while unity has its number of supporters in the north: 42.4 percent.
