The Resident Humanitarian Coordinator in Sudan decried the disorganised movement of returnees mainly from Khartoum.
George Chapentier told the press yesterday that many of the states have organised the movement of returnees in their own way in a manner that is not uniform. He added that the latter created difficulties in the movement from Khartoum to the Southern states.
Mr. Chapentier added it would be a failure to host returnees camps for Internally Displaced people.
He advised that it would make returnees depend on relief aid, which would be detrimental.
