Radio Easter quotes Christine Anita Philip saying organized forces should be trained on rights of individuals, arrests and detainees.

Anita adds that Citizens of Yei have experienced violations because of the conflict but peace has come and people should respect human rights.

She says all citizens have rights and dignity, but some people should not be a hindrance to others at home or in the work place.
