The commissioner of Heiban County in the Nuba Mountains urges entire Kumbur Payam residents to be vigilant by sending their girls to school.
Saed Kocho says were teachers, community members and government employees working in the offices who impregnate girls will be jailed for 15 to 20 years.
He calls on the community to give girls chance to go to school.
Kocho discourages early marriages and advises parents to allow girls to complete their studies so as to acquire different skills in the modern field of work.
The Commissioner also discourages dirty dances and malpractices in the Nuba community.
The commissioner made remarks during his visit to Kumbur Payam on Monday.
