A group of young acrobats from Southern Sudan arrived today in Juba after completing a one-year training in China.
The five stars including two girls were warmly welcome by GoSS Minister for Culture and Heritage at Juba international Airport.Minister Gabriel Changson Chang told SCR News that it was the first step in the region to bring up new skills to enrich its culture.
Mr. Changson said his ministry would organize a welcoming party to the kids next week for them to demonstrate the skills they acquired during the training in China.
Mr. Changson added that this ministry selected the capable children with transparency.
He said parents were valued in the selection process and their consent and commitment were important.
Mr. Changson said the five children were to return to China to continue the training in order to become experts and trainers themselves.
Another group of five children from Northern Sudan took also part in the training in China.
