GoSS Council of ministers on Friday passed the 2011 draft budget with amendments.
Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Barnaba Marial Benjamin told SCR News that the cabinet increased the budgets for the ministries of agriculture, information and internal affairs to provide food security, broadcasting facilities and policing during the referendum.The draft budget of over 4.5 billion Sudanese Pounds will await the approval of the Southern Sudan Legislative Assembly and the signature of GoSS president to be put into practice.
