A civil society activist is calling on the steering committee of the national dialogue to conduct awareness to the citizens of South Sudan especially at the grassroots level.
Jame David Kolok, is the Executive Director of Foundation for Democracy and Accountable Governance or FODAG.
He says citizens of South Sudan should be highly considered in the National Dialogue and their voices must be hard and implemented. Anisa Radio reports.
David says most of the citizens in the country are not aware about the National dialogue and how it can be conducted.
He believes the civil population cannot participate without knowing the full details on how the national dialogue will be carried out.
The Activist calls for inclusivity for all South Sudanese to participate in the proposed dialogue for sustainable peace in the country.
David also calls on the South Sudan government to create conducive environment for the smooth run of the dialogue.
He appeals to the steering committee to come up with clear objectives that suit the interest of all the South Sudanese.
David adds that civil society should work in collaboration with the committee.
