The chairperson of Hai Suju Clinic referendum centre in Juba lamented poor attendance at voter registration.
Talking to Bakhita Radio, Stephen Mogga decried the poor turn up at his centre.
Mr. Mogga explained that the numbers were below expectation and many did not have the relevant documents to identify themselves.
Mr. Mogga advised those without documents to get a residential certificate from village chiefs in order to register.
The registration exercise continues for 17 days until December 1.
