Jubek State government is facing challenges of paying civil servants monthly salaries says Deputy Governor
Francis Latio says lack of salaries for civil servants have affected state institutions, Radio Bakhita reports.
He cites that the State Minister of Health presented many issues during the Cabinet meeting but lack of finance could not make it possible, he adds.
He appreciates the efforts of the civil servant in delivering services despite challenges.
