There is no boss and no one is superior in dialogue, meaning all people have to sit on one table to talk equally, says Catholic Bishop of Tombura/Yambio.
Bishop Barani Eduardo Hiiboro says many times a dialogue would fail if one is the boss and claims more rights than the other.
Community dialogue needs equality and has to accommodate all the negative feelings, he stresses.
The Catholic prelate cautions that sustainability in the peace process needs people of South Sudan to be humble and move slowly, not in hurry.
The speakers were addressing a one-day Peace Forum: ‘Community Dialogue for Sustainable Peace’ in Yambio.
Director of Radio Anisa Fr Elario Zambakari moderated the forum with panelists drawn from the Catholic Diocese of Tombura/Yambio and Women Union in Gbudue State over the weekend.
