The government of Wau State on Wednesday welcomed 136 youth and elders who returned from Jur River bush, says Minister of Information.
David John Pons told Radio Voice of Hope that they have received the youth as a sign of peace in the country.
Youth representative, Umet Ubur Dimo, says they did not rebel against the government, but took arms to depend their people from cattle keepers who use to leave their cows to destroy farms.
He says they accepted the call of Governor Andrea Mayar and President Salva Kiir to come and participate in national dialogue.
Governor Andrea Mayar Acho expresses happiness with youth who have listened to voice of peace and returned to their home.
He promises to provide all necessary things for them to resume their normal lives without difficulties.
