Hawa Adam told Radio Easter that families cannot afford to buy meat, fish and other food items from the market because they are expensive.
She says the people are tired of eating greens.
A kilogram of meat is at six hundred and the smallest fish is at two hundred South Sudanese Pounds, Mama Hawa adds.
Men assault their wives physically because of cooking greens every day, Mama Hawa claims.
Keeping chicken becomes difficult in the family because unknown people rob away, she adds.
Mama Hawa observes that the prices are going out of hand as cassava flour is now 600 to 700 SSP and maize at 1000 SSP.
