EASTERN EQUATORIA CABINET TO HOLD EXTRA SITTINGS

Eastern Equatoria Council of Ministers decided yesterday to hold extraordinary sittings to ease its workload.

State minister for Information and Telecommunications, Nasike Allan Lochul, told Emmanuel Radio that the cabinet agreed to go through the policy statements of every ministry before presenting to the parliament.

Ms. Nasike said the ministers saying were ready to initiate positive changes for the development of the state.

Issues like the upcoming referendum, security, food security and improvement of service provision to the people are the most biting priorities of the state government.

Ms. Nasike added that the government is also preparing to handle matters likely to arise after the referendum.
