Minalla Adrian is one of the officials who attended the religious conference on LRA in the state; he called on the government to address the security of the people in the affected areas adding that giving a deaf ear to the cry of the victims is not worth it.
He warned that if the latter is not implemented, the entire western Equatoria state would an insecure area for people to exist.
Mr. Minalla added that the stability is paramount for people to exercise the right of voting during the referendum.
LRA is a foreign rebellion from neighboring Uganda. It is reportedly acquainted with abduction, killing and raping women.
