Yei Teachers Training College graduated 97 teachers on Friday.
27 members of brass band were also passed out after one year training, Radio Easter reports.
Kepo James, the College Principal praises the graduands for their commitment to accomplishing the course.
There is need to train more teachers in the country to improve the quality of education, he says.
Loduwe Richard, the graduands’ representative appreciates the government for signing peace deal.
He hails the IGAD and their partners for supporting peace process in South Sudan.
Richard also lauds the college for imparting knowledge and skills to them.
Put the knowledge and skills got into practice to improve the education system in the nation, Clement Maring Samuel, Central Equatoria State Minister of Education urges.
Maring says Yei Teachers’ Training College will consider a university in the future.
Friday’s graduation was the ninth batch at Yei Teachers Training College since its inception.
