Christ the King Nursery graduates over 100 kids to primary education

Yei Catholic Diocese’s Christ the King Nursery School has graduated 105 pupils to primary education.
 
Regina Oparo, the school head teacher says the graduands include 49 girls and 56 boys, Radio Easter reports.
 
The graduands come from all over the country, Oparo says.
 
The head teacher also uses the occasion to criticize some parents for disrespecting teachers.
 
Agnes Roba, the Inspector of Pre-schools in Yei River County explains that nursery school is necessary for better foundation in education.
 
Meanwhile, Yei Catholic Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe recognizes teachers and parents for committing to children schooling amidst challenges.
 
The church policy on education ensures planting a primary school in every parish, he says.
 
Bishop Lodu discloses that the church is planning to set up a primary school at Holy Family Parish in Lainya.
