Members of Eastern Equatoria State Parliament express disappointment of delayed presentation of a report on the letter of credit for hard currencies.

He also disagrees with any legality in the companies that applied for the letter of credit.
MP Xavier Lotto says the presentation causes more misery and confusion to the people of the state.
