Armed robbers on Tuesday attacked Eden Commercial Bank branch in Magwi County of Eastern Equatoria State, killing one policeman.
The Bank Public Relations Manager in Juba, Joseph Elisha Gibi revealed to Radio Bakhita that they are dispatching a team to join Magwi authorities to investigate the matter.
The Manager says the bank despite the robbery would continue to fulfill its obligations.
Eden Commercial Bank Branch in Magwi County is the fourth of their branches to come under attack after a similar incident in Mundri and Maridi in Western Equatoria State and Renk in Upper Nile State.
