A Catholic priest of the Archdiocese of Juba is urging Christians to unite and shun tribalism.
While presiding over a Eucharistic celebration of the feast of the Holy Cross in Gondokoro Island on Monday, Fr Oliver Nyara, advises Christians not to fight among themselves, but emulate the people of Israel, Radio Bakhita reported.
Fr Nyara calls on Christians to ask for pardon from Christ because He died on the Cross to save them from sins.
The priest urges the faithful to pray for South Sudan to stop the suffering of the people.
