Juba residents are casting curses on slow service delivery in commercial banks, demanding for employment of competent efficient staff.
Equity Bank Customer Philip Matiok complains that some employees are not knowledgeable enough in entering data, Radio Bakhita reported.
He says long queues cause inconveniences with claims that there is no network.
Cooperative Bank Customer Lonyi Robert Sasu blames the bank for failing to guide customers on ATM services.
He says withdrawing an amount of two thousand South Sudanese Pounds via ATM card is not allowed in Cooperative Bank, forcing customers to withdraw twice with additional expenses.
He calls on commercial banks to permit clients to withdraw as much as two thousand pounds and charge them once.
Radio Bakhita’s efforts to reach bank managers for comments did not succeed.
