Speaking during the swearing ceremony of three more municipal councilors on Wednesday, Cosmas Lasuba Kasiano tells the councilors to initiate their own bills on issues badly affecting communities, Radio Easter reported.
He calls on the councilors of Yei cosmopolitan town to work for peace and unity of the different communities of South Sudan and foreigners.
Ye Municipal Chief Executive Officer Dimu Arre Mulla Saki disclosed that the law makers will have quarterly sittings every year with emergencies.
Community Empowerment for Progress Organization-CEPO is expected to provide trainings to the councilors.
