Support Peace Initiative Development Organization or SPIDO says Western Equatoria State is insecure due to lack of justice and accountability.
SPIDO Executive Director Wodcan Savior Lazarus from Yambio told Radio Bakhita that law enforcement agents could not play their role and as a result many incidents which happened in the state were not investigated and suspects not brought to book.
He said security operatives identified increase of guns in the hands of the civil population, making their work difficult.
SPIDO calls on state authorities to ensure accountability for the incidents especially brutal murder and burning of people in houses.
