National Legislative Assembly Member representing Eastern Equatoria urges the House to investigate allegations that one of their Members is recruiting opposition loyal to Riek Machar in the state.
MP Tulio Odongi Ayahu told the Parliament that MP Sabina Dario Lokolong was accused of recruiting opposition, describing the allegation as malicious which has tarnished her image, Radio Bakhita reported.
National Assembly Speaker Manase Magok Rundial said his office received the complaint and shall dispatch security personnel to Eastern Equatoria State before taking a decision.
The officials made the remarks on Tuesday during National Legislative Assembly’s regular sitting.
