Yei Municipality Chairlady is pleading that government should enable equal participation of women and men to reduce what she terms ‘dubious behaviour’ leading to influx of orphans in South Sudan.
Nadia Rosaline says the fourth independence anniversary sees women greatly oppressed; arguing that most big offices in the country are still male dominated, Radio Easter reported.
She cites examples of dubious behaviour as youth consumption of narcotic drugs and prostitution meant to generate income for living.
