Eastern Equatoria State Governor on Wednesday says political failures in South Sudan should be labeled on individual leaders not the SPLM party or government system as a whole.
Louis Lobong Lojore explains that mistakes made by individuals should not be looked as the failure of the political party, Radio Emmanuel reported.
