County land authorities including Payam Councils on Tuesday received training on land registration process and land conflict management.
Voice for Change or VFC in collaboration with Support Peace Initiative Development Organization or SPIDO funded by South Sudan Land Alliance and International Land Coalition or ILC launched land awareness training in Juba to address conflicts, Radio Bakhita reported.
SPIDO Executive Director Wodcan Saviour Lazarus the training equips participants with land rights.
Acting Central Equatoria State Land Commission Chairperson Karlo Arigo Wani says South Sudan Land Policy has been politicized, urging the civil society to intervene to scrutinize its transparency.
The training expected to end on Wednesday has attracted at least 20 participants from different Counties and Payams.
