Leaders from the Central Deanery of the Catholic Diocese of Tombura-Yambio on Thursday reviewed the diocesan strategic plans of 2011/2015 in Nzara County.
Diocesan Organization Consultant Francis Flot said the meeting aimed at assessing achievements and challenges and plan for the new strategic plan for 2016 to 2020, Radio Anisa reported.
He cited lack of enough resources among the major challenges.
The Consultant said a lot was implemented in health, education, humanitarian response, justice and peace.
St Mary Pastoral Council Chairperson Peter Mbia expressed happiness for the strategic plan review, expecting the next plan to be based on self-reliance and unity between clergy and faithful.
He advised Christians to support the priests and fight poverty.
