A five-day Torit Catholic Diocese assembly ended on Saturday with a call for better service delivery to the people.
Diocesan Pastoral Coordinator Fr Kamilio Afore told Radio Emmanuel that the assembly resolved establishment of Small Christian Community in all parishes and training of catechists at parish level among others.
He encouraged priests to ensure implementation of the resolutions, calling on Christians to respond positively to the execution and achievement of the declarations for which follow up is expected to start in June.
The general assembly which shared different reports from various parishes and development sectors drew together priests, catechists, youth, women and pastoral councilors’ representatives from Torit Catholic Diocese.
