Government Spokesperson disclosed that SPLM in opposition dropped its position of the prime minister to the vice presidents for the country would have two deputy heads of state.
Michael Makuei told journalists in Juba on Monday that the two vice presidents would have the same powers.
He said President Salva Kiir and Riek Machar agreed on the system of governance and the establishment of the transitional government of national unity.
Minister Makuei said the negotiators would continue to work out implementation modalities after March 5.
