At least two hundred youth are holding a three-day conference on socio-economic development in Lainya County of Central Equatoria State.
Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development Program Officer Khamis Benson told Radio Easter in telephone interview that the conference aimed at addressing economic challenges affecting the young people at the grassroots.
He explained that it is expected to tackle issues of information dissemination and system of governance in the country.
Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development organized the conference with funds from Open Society Initiative for Eastern Africa.
