Morobo County Commissioner in Central Equatoria State on Monday morning during the launch of Primary Leaving Certificate exams, promised to sponsor the best performing candidates for one year in secondary schools.
Moses Simon Soro before ringing the bell for the start of the exams for 454 candidates sitting in nine centers, encouraged them to be courageous, Radio Easter reported.
Morobo Primary Exams Chief Invigilator Benjamin Akim Aluba also cheered the candidates to be confident, wishing them success.
