Wulu County Commissioner on Monday issued an order for the second time banning alcohol selling.
Speaking to Radio Good News in a telephone from Wulu County, Benjamin Akol Morwel said alcohol is provoking insecurity, saying drunken people randomly shoot guns.
He told Lakes State people to change from alcohol business to seek other jobs like selling food in restaurants.
The Commissioner said the provisional order cannot be reversed and that violators would be punished.
Governor Matur Chut Dhuol issued similar order banning the sale of alcohol following his appointment, but was disobeyed.
