A truck oil driver on Sunday was set free as one pedestrian threw himself under tyres at Suara in Yambio County; broke his limbs and died.
The deceased identified as Raphael Banda was a resident of Yabua Boma of Nzara County, Anisa Radio reported.
Yambio County Traffic Police Officer Gabriel Tang Kier confirmed the accident, disclosing the victim was under the influence of alcohol.
He ruled that the truck driver was innocent and so the traffic administration set him free because he was on normal speed.
Surgical personnel also confirmed that the deceased was under influence of alcohol according to medical examination.
