Yambio chamber of Commerce Deputy Chairperson on Monday instructed citizens in the area to stop selling along road side.
John Daniel Apollo said they allocated a place for selling fruits and vegetables in main market under the shelters, Anisa Radio reported.
He added that items such as ground nuts, potatoes and cassava flour among others were allocated a place at Sug Aliwara behind KCB Bank Yambio town.
Mr Daniel said they transferred village vendors to the allocated places, adding that they only spent few days and came back to the road side.
He added that selling at the road side is at risk because anything can happen like accident.
